After your new services have begun, you will be introduced to your Client Relations Liaison. Hospices rely on their liaison for continuing education, clinical and operational performance improvement, and communication with the HP organization. Our clinical liaisons also focus their efforts on supporting clients’ referral sources, keeping partner hospices abreast of new opportunities.
