HP’s ComfortPaks™ address the most urgent problem for hospices: immediate access to appropriate medications for the most common end-of-life symptoms. HP Paks contain a limited quantity of medications that can be accessed by the care team, patient or family members.

The four Paks currently available are: the ComfortPak, Cardiac ComfortPak, Seizure ComfortPak, and Pediatric ComfortPak. HP is the only hospice pharmacy to offer Cardiac ComfortPaks and Seizure ComfortPaks.
