HP’s Hospice Paks have been developed to address the most urgent problem for hospices: getting immediate access to appropriate medications for the most common end-of-life symptoms. HP Paks contain a limited quantity of medication that can be accessed by the care team, patient or family members.

There are currently four different types of HP Paks: the ComfortPak™, CardiacPak™, SeizurePak™, and Pediatric ComfortPak™. HP is the only hospice pharmacy to offer CardiacPaks™ and SeizurePaks™.
