Once you choose HP as your partner, a dedicated Implementation Associate will be assigned to your hospice to guide you through a smooth transition process. Implementation services include education for clinicians and support personnel, local pharmacy network development, an introduction to our services for key physicians, and, when appropriate, technology assimilation.
