Data Center

The data center is a state-of-the-art facility engineered to ensure high and reliable availability of systems. The excelleRx data center is 2500 sq. feet, and underwent an intensive design process to make sure that all environmental needs are met. A special air flow design keeps the center at a temperature that provides for the best care of the servers and other equipment. The entire center is served by a battery backup system and a generator that maintains electric service in the event of a power outage. All system controls to a central monitoring system to ensure an optimum and safe environment. Finally, the room equipped with the latest cabling and network gear to allow peak performance from of all network communications systems.

Network Operations Center

A cutting edge Network Operations Center, or NOC, allows for full monitoring of the operations of all the systems within the data center and throughout the company. In this data monitoring room, IT administrators survey multiple large displays that show information and status regarding all areas of technology functionality. Key metrics, including network speed and availability, performance history of the data warehouse, and real-time Medication Management Support Center call status, are monitored on an ongoing basis.
