The Quality Outcomes team at excelleRx is dedicated to building the evidence base and improving outcomes related to chronic illness and palliative care. The team focuses on mining excelleRx’s extensive database to examine pharmacotherapy aspects of care and to develop clinical decision support tools for Hospice Pharmacia and excelleRx’s other business units. In addition, the team partners with hospices, academic programs, and other agencies to carry out a variety of research projects related to palliative and end-of-life care.
