The Pharmacy Services Support Center’s palliative care specialists collaborate with hospice nurses and prescribers to outline the most clinically effective, cost-appropriate symptom management care plan for each patient at the point of care.

Our Pharmacy Services Support Center staff is available for consultation 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Under the RxOptions plan, medication consultations are available with daily rate pricing or pricing per intervention. Consultation reports are sent to the hospice for CoPs documentation.
