The Medication Management Support Center’s (MMSC) palliative care specialists collaborate with hospice nurses and prescribers to outline the most clinically effective, cost-appropriate symptom management care plan for each patient at the point of care. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Under the RxOptions plan, medication consultations are available with daily rate pricing or pricing per intervention. Consultation reports are sent to the hospice for CoPs documentation.
