Goals and Objectives: Upon the conclusion of the teleconference, members of the clinical team and administration will be able to perform the following functions in HP's secure website:

• Admissions, discharges, and edit patient demographic information
• Refills and discontinue medications
• Profile medications
• Track packages
• View general reports
