Goals and Objectives:

Upon the conclusion of  the teleconference, members of the clinical team and administration will be able to:

-Outline processes for admitting and discharging patients with HP

-Access medications from a local pharmacy

-List ways for preventing emergencies

-Request refills from HP

-Navigate and use the Medication Use Guidelines (MUGs)

-Access Xeris Online- HP's Secure Client Access

Participants:

 Administrators, nurses, and other staff members interested in learning more about HP's operations and services.
