The National Family Caregivers Association is presenting a free webinar for family caregivers on medication safety and preventing medication-related mishaps.  With more than 50 million family caregivers in America providing care for loved ones with chronic conditions or disabilities, more than half are assisting them with their medications.  This webinar will teach family cargeivers what they can do to help minimize the risk that their loved one will experience an adverse drug reaction or event.
