HP On-Line Training Program (formerly Xeris)
National Web-Teleconference for Hospice Partners

Objective: This presentation is intended for both administrators interested in learning more about the capabilties of HP Online (formerly Xeris) and for clinical nursing staff responsible for admissions, discharges, refills and profiling medications. Upon conclusion of the web-teleconference, members of clinical team and administration will be able to perform the following functions:
- Admissions, discharges, and edit patient demographic information
- Refills and discontinue medications
- Profile medications
- Track packages
- View general reports
