Michael Ristagno

Vice President, National Accounts

Michael Ristagno is responsible for account management and services satisfaction of Hospice Pharmacia’s larger clients. He has been with Hospice Pharmacia since 1997. As the primary corporate contact for National Accounts, Michael addresses all customer operational and quality issues and provides standardized customer support for systematic review of data, reports, medication utilization, and operational systems.

Prior to his current role, Michael served as HP’s first evening pharmacist supervisor and was instrumental in launching expanded operational sites for the company. He was a key author and creator of the Palliative Sedation Guidelines, and also contributed to many editions of HP’s Medication Use Guidelines publications. Michael’s work and processes for National Accounts led to the development of HP’s Key Accounts Program.

Michael earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from Temple University, his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida, and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
