Beginning October 5th, Hospice Pharmacia will introduce a new phone menu. There are no changes to HP’s phone numbers. Upon calling the main number, your team members will be greeted by the same familiar voice.

Importantly, following the greeting, callers will automatically be directed to a pharmacy team member without further prompts.

With the new phone menu, Hospice Pharmacia’s clients will experience more efficient call routing. The upgraded systems also include new music; a common request from our frequent partner callers!
