Hospice Pharmacia's Secure Client Access (Xeris™) will be unavailable on the weekend nights of July 10 and 11 due to routine scheduled system maintenance.
During the hours of 10:00 pm until 8:00 am EDT on Saturday, July 10 and Sunday, July 11, all HP Online tools will be inaccessible. HP's on-call staff will be available to support callers with limited access to patient-related data.
For urgent needs, a seven day supply of ALL MUG medications can be obtained at a local network pharmacy without calling HP for medication profiling or claims overrides. Please contact HP during regular business hours to update patient profiles and to request needed maintenance supplies of medications accessed locally during the system downtime.

Routine system maintenance and updating keeps Hospice Pharmacia's medication management and contact center technology thriving. The Information Technology department conducts this maintenance overnight on weekends to reduce service interruption.
