All HP Online tools, including Hospice Pharmacia’s Secure Client Access (Xeris® and XerisMobile®), will be unavailable from 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 18 until 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 19 due to routine scheduled system maintenance. During these hours, all HP Online tools will be inaccessible. HP’s on-call staff will be available to support callers with limited access to patient-related data.
For urgent needs, a seven day supply of ALL MUG medications can be obtained at a local network pharmacy without calling HP for medication profiling or claims overrides. Please contact HP during regular business hours to update patient profiles and to request needed maintenance supplies of medications accessed locally during the system downtime.

Routine system maintenance and updating keeps Hospice Pharmacia's medication management and contact center technology thriving. The Information Technology department conducts this maintenance overnight on weekends to reduce service interruption.
