Frequently Asked Questions for Logging Into Xeris
 

1. I don’t have a Xeris Login ID or Password. How do I get one?
Please see your designated Xeris Hospice Administrator. They can assign one to you.

2. I can’t remember my password. How do I have it reset?
Please see your designated Xeris Hospice Administrator. They are able to reset your password for you.

3. I have logged into Xeris before, but now it isn’t letting me in. What should I do?
Please follow these steps. If this doesn’t work, see your Xeris Hospice Administrator to have your password reset.

  • Open up your Internet browser
  • Go to the toolbar at the top and select "Tools", then "Internet Options"
  • Then select the "Content" tab
  • In the Content tab, select "AutoComplete"
  • Then click "Clear Passwords"
  • Click OK until all of the boxes close
  • Once you have done all of that, close the Internet Explorer
  • Open it again and try to login to Xeris

4. I am the Xeris Hospice Administrator for my program and can’t remember my password. How do I have it reset?
